Customers are always the most sincere partners——Visiting French customers

Taking advantage of the opportunity of participating in the Hannover Industrial Fair, the Fortuna team visited INTEGRA METERING, an old customer with whom they have cooperated for decades. The purpose of this visit was mainly to optimize the customer's product demands and visit the factory production line.

First, regarding the equipment update raised by the customer, which resulted in product identification issues, the Fortuna team proposed the best solution for the customer after comparing the physical objects. The customer highly appreciated Fortuna’s quick response and efficiency in solving the problem.

Afterwards, the customer took us on a factory tour. The automated equipment, robot recognition and professional product assembly capabilities of the production line provided a lot of inspiration for Fortuna's technology improvement and management strategy.

Finally, Fortuna gave a brief report on the customer's existing mold status. The customer also gave more constructive suggestions on this visit, and also witnessed Fortuna's professionalism in technical communication and efficiency in handling problems more deeply. It promoted further cooperation between the two parties.
